"Custom 5-Axis CNC milled out of a single block of aviation grade billet 6061t aluminium. Anodised Black.

Relocates caliper to over the top of the disc in the 12 o clock position, as opposed to the stock position which is directly under at 6 o clock.

Fitting this bracket has the dual purpose of both reducing the amount of dirt and road debris (therefore damage) that your caliper pick ups.

"Pretech 6 pot Caliper, great condition has awesome stopping power.

This caliper still looks like new, imported used from the US and fitted up to check it out for a few test rides, excellent very strong stopping power, these were sold by TTP and others to work with the stock 11mm M/C, the lever will feel softer giving loads of feel but if you don't like that then moving to a 13mm or half inch M/C as fitted to some other Triumphs is an option. Ideally match with a floating disc as shown in the photos of the caliper.

Note: Caliper only with the red Braking brand pads installed as shown included in this auction.

Our new price for these was around $1,195.00 so this ones at a good price to reflect that it is lightly used.

Using an air/fuel ratio data logger for measurement, this DNA filter consistently gave us the best torque/bhp figures when tested against two other popular brand filters.

The DNA High performance air filter is a high quality next generation multilayer cotton gauze oil impregnated air filter. The filter media is made of 4 layers of high quality nafta surgical cotton gauze specialy designed by our R&D department. The cotton is sandwiched between two layers of epoxy coated Marine grade aluminum wire mesh, designed to last a lifetime. The result of the special design and the Hi Tec manufacturing process is a filtration media that has very high flow rates, low restriction, superior dust holding capability, smooths out the air flow stream and lasts a lifetime.

Conclusion – this comment after testing various brands of filters.

At the beginning of testing we were sure that the K&N filters would walk away with top honours, simply because they have been around for years and everyone uses them for tuned engines. As testing developed, the results were starting to give a different picture, the DNA's kept coming out on top when used on the Triumph twins, it didn't matter if it was an airbox filter or pod filters, the DNA's were living up to their reputation as a high performance filter.
An aftermarket filter is usually a one off purchase as they can be cleaned and reused many times in their life time and you're unlikely to purchase another filter for the bike in your ownership period. With this in mind, it's a good investment to make sure you get one that flows best on your bike.

The factory airbox cover/snorkel's primary task is to mute your bike,s induction roar and help the Triumph twins pass the manufacturers noise emission tests. But once out of the showroom, they only really serve to strangle the induction system and deprive your bike of some really useful power and torque. The TTP “Breathe” high flow airbox intake cover is the first step in releasing the stifled factory power and torque numbers.

The TB39R's are OEM EFI throttle bodies re-engineered by TTP. An induction system that has been bored and flow optimised to give just over 16% more air flow than the OEM system.

Note Filters in pics not included.

Throughout the re-engineering development of the TB39R induction system we used the Superflow 600 flowbench set at a vacuum of exactly 28"" H²O to check our progress. A standard OEM throttle body, inlet rubber and manifold flows at 256cfm, after TTP have re-engineered the system this is increased to a healthy 298cfm. You don't need a dyno to prove this performance increase, it can be felt in the ""seat of your pants"".

This is how we optimize flow and performance of your OEM throttle bodies:

The throttle bodies are stripped down to their component parts and ultrasonically cleaned to remove any grime from the external surfaces.
The bodies, manifolds and rubbers are bored out to 39mm, which gives an increase in cross sectional area of 17%.
The bodies and manifolds are put through surface conditioning to help maximise air flow and fuel atomisation.
The butterfly shaft is gas flowed to reduce restriction and increase air flow.
Precision made butterflies are fitted, matched to the throttle bodies and secured in place.
Finally the throttle bodies are meticulously rebuilt with the throttle position sensor manually calibrated and the throttle butterflies manually balanced.

Kit developed to increasing length and excursion of 30 mm, this adds 30mm travel.

This small change will allow you to get a hold more suitable for off-road or rougher New Zealand secondary road use.
